Frequently Ask Question
If I get a bundle how do I schedule my sessions?
When you select a bundle you will choose the best day and time to start your sessions. Your sessions will automatically be scheduled each week on the same day and time. If I'm already booked during a session time then the system will choose the next available time slot. You can reschedule your sessions as needed.
Do my sessions have to focus on the same topic or need?
No. You have complete control of your session(s). Ideally we will agree on your focus for our session prior to meeting so we can both be prepared. However if you need to pivot our discussion because a new opportunity or need has come up that is fine. These sessions are for you and your needs. It is best if you choose one major focus area per session to get the most out of your time.
What if I can't complete my sessions or need to cancel?
We understand things come up. Please note that sessions are non-refundable. If you need to pause your sessions and start back at a later time we can discuss this and will try to accommodate you within a reasonable timeframe.
Do I have to do a session each week if I buy a bundle?
No. You can reschedule your session or message me to workout a better schedule. Sessions do need to be used within a 3 month period.
